Initial Problem 

I was brought in to lead in the effort to streamline and enhance an enterprise HR experience and drive efficiency through more intuitive self-service features.

My Solution

After the content audit user interviews and mind map exercises, I performed an heuristic evaluation and converted nterview findings into a persona fact sheet. The design recommendations were then converted into wires.

Amazing Result

The heuristic evaluation identified key usability issues that further validated the information architecture of the new site taxonomy. Likewise the user interviews, life-cycle personas + content audit supported the proposed tertiary navigation path and site design.
